Key Responsibilities

For Project Manager

• Oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
  
• Plan project schedules, materials, manpower, and resource allocation.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients on project progress.
  
• Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  
• Handle statutory approvals, documentation, and compliance.
  
• Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.
  
• Review drawings, BOQs, and supervise structural/MEP integration.
  

For Site Incharge

• Manage daily site operations and ensure adherence to construction plans.
  
• Supervise contractors, labour management, and work allocation.
  
• Monitor progress, maintain site reports, and ensure timely execution.
  
• Coordinate material delivery, storage, and resource usage.
  
• Implement safety protocols and ensure site discipline.
  
• Report daily progress to Project Manager.
  

For Site Engineer

• Execute civil, structural, and finishing works as per drawings.
  
• Conduct quality checks, measurements, and maintain documentation.
  
• Assist with planning, material estimation, and technical supervision.
  
• Resolve site-level technical issues with contractors and workers.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• M.Tech / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  
• Proven experience in

  high-rise/ multi-storey building projects

  (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, RCC, finishing, and project coordination.
  
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil, structural & MEP).
  
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in

  10 to 15+ floor projects

  will be preferred.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
  
• Willing to work at site location with flexibility in timing.
