Job Description

Role Overview: As an Innovation Manager at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage strategic innovation projects for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) external client. Your role will involve utilizing your project management and strategic influencing skills to drive fast-paced innovation projects to successful and timely completion. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 7 to 14 years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment. - Possess product innovation and marketing experience. - Utilize strong experience in using analytical tools (i.e. PowerBi) for insights development. - Demonstrate a track record of managing innovation projects to successful outcomes. - Apply strong knowledge of product and packaging innovation or new product development processes. - Manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment. - Utilize strategic influencing skills to convince the cross-functional team to execute. - Demonstrate strong technical and organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Required: - MBA preferred, bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. - Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. - Capable of coordinating and supporting multiple stakeholders. - Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a dynamic environment. - Cultural sensitivity and ability to work internationally. - Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills. - Commitment and focus to succeed under a challenging work environment.
