Summary of Role

As our Senior Project Manager for CLM, you are the commanding officer for our most critical enterprise client implementations. You will own the end-to-end delivery of transformative CLM solutions, leading global, cross-functional teams and serving as the trusted, authoritative partner to our clients.

Your Impact & What Youll Do

This is a role defined by leadership, strategic delivery, and ultimate accountability. You are the trusted leader who ensures our most ambitious projects succeed.

Command Enterprise-Level Deployments: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale CLM implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standard of quality.
Serve as the Authoritative Client Partner: Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, expertly managing expectations, providing strategic guidance, and building strong, lasting partnerships.
Lead a Global Team of Experts: Orchestrate and lead a diverse, cross-functional team of functional consultants, solution architects, and legal engineers to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
Navigate Complexity with Strategic Foresight: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations with diplomacy and authority, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure a smooth path to success.

You are a master of C-level communication and stakeholder management , with an exceptional ability to build trust, manage expectations, and navigate escalations with poise.
You have an expert-level command of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and the tools (JIRA, MS Project) required to lead global teams to success.
