Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center management, SLA adherence, team handling, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage SLA compliance, shrinkage, and overall call center performance.
• Monitor team productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions.
• Create and maintain reports for operational performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BPO / Call Center project management.
• Strong understanding of SLA management, shrinkage, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet deadlines.
• Graduate degree preferred.
