Job Description:

Zambetek Solution Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring an IT Support Staff with hands-on knowledge in:

• Basic computer hardware & PC repairing
• LAN networking & cable setup
• CCTV installation & configuration
• Printer setup and troubleshooting
• Server installation and basic system support

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
• Install and maintain CCTV systems and related software
• Set up printers, servers, and workstations
• Respond to technical support requests on-site or remotely
• Ensure system uptime and basic IT infrastructure maintenance

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, IP, router configuration)
• PC hardware assembling and repair
• CCTV installation (DVR/NVR)
• OS installation and basic server knowledge
• Problem-solving and technical communication skills

Eligibility:

• IT diploma / hardware & networking certification preferred
• Freshers with practical skills are welcome
• Should be willing to travel locally if needed
