Project Manager

The Project Manager will plan and manage project scope, budget, and timelines. You will develop detailed project plans and track progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards. The role includes communicating project status to stakeholders, leading team meetings, and conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
