Project Manager

You will be responsible for coordinating and aligning priorities with the organization's strategic goals, partnering with business leadership to identify data and analytical needs via Value Approval. Your role will involve delivering the business intelligence strategy that combines data visualization to make profitable, data-driven decisions. You will serve as the backbone to all things BI, establishing and maintaining high data integrity, quality, and governance standards. Craft data management practices will be put in place to support accurate and reliable data analysis. Developing dashboards that provide up-to-date information to sales leaders and sales associates on KPIs and other business objectives and goals will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will translate intricate datasets into intuitive and insightful visualizations that drive databased decision-making across the organization. Distilling insights from data and communicating recommendations to business customers will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will oversee the selection, implementation, and management of BI tools and technologies. Leading the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations, and translating raw data into visual contexts that are easy for business customers to interpret, will be crucial tasks. Overseeing BI projects/enhancements from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, is another key responsibility.
