Overall 14+ years of experience
Good Experience in handling SLA based Support Projects
Manage relationship with the Client and all the stakeholders
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Experience in planning, developing, deploying and supporting project deliverables
Experience in creating detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Good knowledge of SDLC
Experience in defining of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Experience in Project Risk Management and Risk Mitigation
Status reporting to Customer and internal Stakeholders
