Project Manager

You are a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead/Project Manager with a strong background in C# and .NET. At Augurs Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development process for various software projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities include providing technical leadership for assigned projects using C# and .NET technologies, managing project life cycles with methodologies like Waterfall and Agile, creating and maintaining project plans and timelines with tools like Gantt charts and Jira, overseeing software developers" work to ensure code quality and best practices adherence, conducting code reviews, and providing mentorship to junior developers. You will also estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements, manage project risks, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, track project progress, and identify process improvements for project management and development. Additionally, staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in C#, .NET, and software development is crucial. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical lead or project management role, proven experience in leading and managing software development projects focusing on C# and .NET, in-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies, expertise in C# frameworks like .NET, experience with project management tools like Gantt charts and Jira, excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
