Project Manager (Architect)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Architect who can oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong design and technical expertise with proven project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning

• Translate client requirements into conceptual and working drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
• Guide the design team in preparing presentations, design proposals, and 3D models.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, details, and specifications.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including design development, tendering, and execution.
• Prepare BOQs, project schedules, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor site progress, conduct site visits, and resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee procurement of materials in collaboration with the logistics/materials team.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and project updates to clients and management.
• Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Supervise junior architects, engineers, and project coordinators.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company protocols.
• Foster collaboration across departments for efficient project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
