Role Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage
end-to-end project lifecycle
from planning to execution and closure.
Create and monitor
project plans, scope, milestones, risks, and budgets
.
Drive
requirement gathering
, functional discussions, and project documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
Implement
project governance mechanisms
, reporting dashboards, and progress reviews.
Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to regulatory/compliance norms (applicable to BFSI/Insurance/Capital Markets).
Manage
UAT
, defect triage, change requests, and production deployment planning.
Lead
cross-functional teams
including developers, testers, BAs, and third-party vendors.
Drive
process improvements
, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

5 to 6+ years as a
Project Manager
handling medium to large projects.
Strong knowledge in
BFSI / Insurance / Capital Markets
domain.
Expertise in
SRS/BRD documentation
, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience in risk tracking, budgeting, resource planning, and governance.

Good-to-Have

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
Experience working directly with
Indian banking or insurance clients
Exposure to regulatory projects (IRDAI, RBI, SEBI compliance)
