Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee electrical, civil, and site activities while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Handle cash flow management and support contract negotiations to ensure project profitability.
Prepare and share regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and key milestones.
Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the energy sector.
Strong experience in substations and renewable energy projects (solar/wind).
Sound knowledge of contract clauses, cash flow, and financial management.
Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
