Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple AIS140 implementation projects
, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to government and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with government transport departments
, system integrators, and internal technical teams for seamless integration and deployment.
Regular
site visits to MP and Kolkata Command and Control Centers
for review, technical assessments, and operational support.
Ensure
hardware certification, device onboarding, SIM provisioning
, and
data flow compliance
as per AIS140 protocols.
Track and resolve field issues, including device faults, data inconsistencies, or SIM/network-related anomalies.
Prepare and maintain
project documentation
, including timelines, reports, escalation matrices, and SOPs.
Conduct project status reviews with internal leadership and client-side stakeholders.
Oversee coordination with OEMs, VLT vendors, and software partners for successful deployment.
Ensure
project milestones, SLAs, and compliance audits
are met per government contracts.
Provide post-implementation support and help refine SOPs for long-term operations.
