Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of client projects and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, technically conversant (especially with cloud ecosystems like AWS), and comfortable communicating with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.

Understand project scope and ensure alignment between client expectations and execution.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and reports.

Identify risks and manage change effectively across ongoing engagements.

Lead project review meetings and ensure alignment with SLAs.

Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams for effort estimation and proposal preparation.

Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship continuity by being responsive and solution-oriented.

Travel to client sites as needed for kickoff meetings, reviews, or delivery support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/infra/DevOps/database services.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management.

Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services (certifications are a plus).

Proven experience managing multiple technical teams/projects simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a remote-first setup with global clients.

Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them in business language.

Certification in PMP, Scrum, or Agile methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.
