JOB SUMMARY Manage technical requirements (pre-sales, development, post-sales) of SIM business Coordinate with factory and Telecom operators for SIM card deliveries Support Internal teams for order management until card production Onsite support for telecom partners on demand Technical support for the factory DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with Head of technical and provide support to meet companys objectives Responsible for the technical activities of assigned projects Onsite technical support for testing and troubleshooting Provide support to sales team, including customer service on the products and solutions to be used including the details needed for order management Support to factory to integrate personalization scripts for various profiles and chips Analysis and Solution to the customer complaint and follow up until the closure Support existing customers and strengthen relationship with counterparts Proactively seek ways to improve skills, knowledge, and understanding of available technical tools, products, and solutions to be able to carry out the job effectively QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION Preferably Engineering graduate with CS/EEE/ECE/IT backgroundWORK EXPERIENCE Minimum 0 - 2 years experience in SIM/Smart Card industry Knowledge in project management, a plusOTHER SKILLS Technical Skills: Programming skills, database management Customer management skillsDESIRED ATTITUDE Strong analytical skills Communication and presentation skills. Pleasant personality Strong problem solving and organizational ability Willing to take initiative and responsibility
