Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead and manage SaaS development projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities

Manage SaaS development projects with end-to-end ownership from planning to deployment.
Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies (e.g., scope creep, resource constraints).
Track and monitor key SaaS metrics such as release velocity and defect density to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to all stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

4+ years of experience managing SaaS development projects.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
Technical literacy with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Tools & Tech Stack

Project Management Tools: Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Linear.
Collaboration Tools: Confluence, Slack, MS Teams.
Roadmapping Tools: Aha!, Productboard (good to have).
Diagramming Tools: Miro, Lucidchart.

Certifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
