Hiring: IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager

What Youll Own

Lead
end-to-end project execution
using
Agile, Scrum, and ITIL
frameworks
Plan, schedule, and track
milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
across work streams
Facilitate:

Daily stand-ups
Sprint planning & retrospectives
Stakeholder and leadership reviews

Create and maintain
project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
Build
executive-ready presentations
covering progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Coordinate
cross-functional teams
to align business goals with technical execution
Track
resource utilization, budgets, and KPIs
Manage
change requests and issue resolution
following ITIL best practices
Establish clear communication and follow-ups to drive
accountability and closure
Improve delivery maturity through
retrospectives and process optimization

What You Bring

Strong experience in
IT Project / Delivery Management
Hands-on knowledge of
Agile, Scrum, and ITIL
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfort working with
metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and deadlines without losing momentum
