As a Project Manager for Architectural Visualization, you will lead a dynamic team in 3D visualization and production within the Architectural Visualization/Architecture/CG/Advertising industry. Your role involves overseeing end-to-end project planning, budgeting, and execution for 3D films and experiential projects. You will be responsible for managing daily task allocation, production pipeline, delivery schedules, ensuring quality standards, and timely client deliveries. Collaboration with creative and technical heads to package concepts and films will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct load forecasting, performance audits, and reallocate tasks as necessary. Partnering with HR for team hiring and growth is also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end project planning, budgeting, and execution for 3D films and experiential projects. - Manage daily task allocation, production pipeline, and delivery schedules. - Ensure quality standards and on-time client deliveries. - Collaborate with creative and technical heads to package concepts and films. - Conduct load forecasting, performance audits, and reallocate tasks. - Partner with HR for team hiring and growth. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Arch-Viz/CG/Animation/Experiential Design. - Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Fine Arts/Multimedia or equivalent. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Passion for design storytelling; creative interests (music, film, etc.) are a bonus.
