Project Manager 2

As a Project Manager, your role involves consulting with On-Site Personnel and/or Clients during artwork development and pre-press execution. You are responsible for running and/or attending pre-production meetings as per requests from On-Site Personnel/Sales or Clients for high complexity projects. Managing key accounts and maintaining timely responses to Clients are crucial aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage relationships with Clients, internal, and external stakeholders - Communicate artwork issues with Clients and stakeholders - Document all critical information that may impact quality - Participate in process improvement efforts and production meetings - Manage project timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Verify technical data correctness and manage art shipments - Understand Clients' processes and communicate issues to Management - Ensure completeness and accuracy of order entries for production - Create and update price matrices based on client requirements - Provide training and guidance to junior Project Managers Qualification Required: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with preference for Some College/Associates Degree - 5+ years of experience in the design, print, or production art industry - Proficiency in reading work instructions and business memos - Proofreading skills and ability to work independently You may also be involved in order entry, understanding all aspects of production and manufacturing, and ensuring user functionality in a Clients database for tracking artwork projects. Your role may include providing training and guidance to junior Project Managers.
