Job Title - Test Lead, Project Management / Business Process Expert - Testing Shift - General Location - Gurgaon Looking for candidates who can join within 30-45 days Interested candidates can share CV directly @ Pratibha@myndsol.com Overall candidate profile: US Based client is a global leader in test and measurement equipment manufacturing, with sales operations spanning the globe. To efficiently manage our business, we utilize applications such as Salesforce and Oracle (Cloud & EBS). Looking for a proactive, go getter and an enthusiastic Project manager/Test Lead required for understanding, supporting and executing test related activities for Cloud based applications like Salesforce, Logik.io using Agile test methodology. Primary activities will include: Ability to lead testing for projects independently working with various global cross functional stakeholders like IT teams (for development), Finance, Tax, Logistics team. This also requires an ability to understand the process stream map for Order management and know the Quote-2-Cash flow, especially Quotes, opportunities, Leads & other pre-sales business activities. Knowledge of cloud-based applications like Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle EBS & Cloud Understanding of testing Tool (JIRA) Understanding of Test automation Tools like Selenium, UFT, UI Path etc will be preferred Good understanding of testing lifecycle, testing tools & processes. Good working understanding of Regression test, retrofit test, e2e test, user experience test types. This would be very essential to be successful in this role. Should take initiative to practice and apply news skills required Decision maker ; move quickly; authorized to make decisions during meetings Should be a solution provider , evaluate new/upgrade features. Participate effectively in issue management. Discover and troubleshoot issues; manage to resolution Take ownership and play an active part in documentation of process updates and conducting regular session on the changes/updates. Develop new global process and system solutions Ability to understand and analyze Keysight Test and business processes, understand stated & implied needs. Work with Business Partners to provide robust and scalable solutions. Provide innovative solutions to complex process problems Responsible for meeting Project deliverables and timelines through active participation, ownership and action planning Interact with business partners in professional and responsive manner. Experience working in a flexible, rapidly changing and demanding environment Facilitation skills and the ability to influence across functional and organizational boundaries Knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology, Application of Analytical skills/ tools in the structured way (preferably DMAIC/ Lean Methodology), ability to drive and lead Business Process Re-Engineering will be preferred Internal/External Qualifications : The person should be a graduate from any recognized university preferably in computers stream with an overall working experience of 8+ years in Project/Test Management , preferably managing Order Management, Cloud based applications testing ( Salesforce, CPQ etc.) with an understanding of Quote to Cash processes. A test lead with experience in delegation of work & managing deliverables functionally Project Management and hands-on testing methodologies experience Globally minded Should be able to understand & deliver to the issues/expectations of the global stakeholders Quick Decision maker Dedicated person having a quick TAT Flexible to work in the evenings as per the project requirements Understanding and awareness of when to act or escalate. Act in a timely way on decisions. Set clear priorities and deliver on them Figure out the best response in situations where information, instructions, or objectives are unclear. Try to find the solutions to the issues and be a self-starter. Should follow proactive approach in day-to-day operations Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity and prioritize under pressure Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills Strong problem-solving ability and ability to utilize experience to improve processes Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written) She/he should be fluent to use MS OFFICE tools like Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
