Job Description

Location:

Project Management - Lead/AM

planning, execution, cost control, cross-functional coordination, and client management

Responsibilities

Plan project timelines, milestones, and schedules using MS Project/Excel.
Lead project kick-off, define scope, and prepare WBS.
Track project progress, maintain dashboards, and drive on-time delivery.
Prepare project budgets, monitor cost deviations, and optimize resources.
Coordinate with procurement, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Act as the primary contact for customer communication and status updates.
Manage scope changes, risks, delays, and implement action plans.
Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Document MOMs, project trackers, and weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Testing, Assembly, HR, Finance).

Required Skills

Strong project planning, scheduling, and monitoring skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of automotive/EV prototype development is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Gantt charts, dashboards.
Problem-solving, negotiation, and team coordination capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple parallel projects.

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience in automotive/EV R&D, protobuild, testing, or manufacturing.
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-team environments.
Experience in customer-facing project roles.
