Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager (Steel Plant) located in Angul. The Project Manager will oversee daily project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects in the steel plant. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and managing resources effectively. The Project Manager will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, facilitating communication among team members, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills
• Proficiency in Project Planning and Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the steel industry or industrial project management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams
