Job Description

As a Project Manager at Indegene, you will play a crucial role in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain processes for managing project scope, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. - Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. - Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project. - Ensuring resource availability and allocation, delivering the project on time and within scope. - Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. - Handling project billing and invoicing management. - Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, monitoring daily team performance, maintaining project performance per aligned KPI, and upholding high operational standards. - Conducting monthly sampling quality checks on QA executives" work to ensure no deviation. - Developing detailed project reports as required, such as monthly process assurance reports and quarterly governance reports. - Managing project risk control and CAPA management, providing mitigation and business continuity plans. - Being prepared for self-inspection and audit, providing coaching and training to maintain proficiency. - Managing staffing, developing leadership skills, delegating project tasks based on staff members" strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. - Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, addressing any inquiries. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. - Attending conferences and training as required. - Performing backup activities for each position. - Performing other related duties as assigned by the management team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or above in nursing, medicine, pharmacy, public health, etc. (preferred) - Proven years of working experience in project management, health/medical (MI)/PV related, call center/BPO experience (preferred) - Excellent client-facing and communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication in English - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II/Scrum Master certification is a plus Please note that this job description is for a Project Manager position at Indegene, a rapidly growing global organization at the intersection of healthcare and technology, offering exciting opportunities for career growth and development.,
