Project Management Office

As a Project Coordinator at Reliance Solar Power, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects. - Assisting the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies. - Maintaining and updating project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports. - Facilitating communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. - Supporting procurement processes by preparing PRs, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams. - Organizing project meetings, preparing MOMs, and following up on action items. - Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. - Assisting in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution. - Supporting in budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation for billing. - Maintaining project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects. - Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred. - Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
