Job Description




  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Define the project/program objectives and provide input into the Business Case
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Manage day-to-day customer interactions, working with customer & vendor to understand their requirements, identify gaps, and resolve issues.
  • Provide thoughtful solutions and recommendations to help resolve new and existing customer pain points.
  • Work with financial stakeholders to support budget construction & approvals, as required, and to monitor expenditure to achieve financial objectives
  • Allocate resources in accordance with strategic priorities and as per product objectives. Request project team membership from another department, if required.
  • Discover all the requirements of all clients, to establish the success criteria for implementations
  • Design and configure the appropriate solution, so that all requirements are met and that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled


Key Technical Skills Required –



  • Execute high governance mechanism with all the clients and raise business critical issues and discuss solutions
  • Support our CoEs to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality, and timely documentation of implementation steps and activities for internal and external partners


Key Soft Skills Required -



  • Define the project/program objectives and provide input into the Business Case
  • Ensure that projects/programs successfully control and monitor progress, addressing risk and issue management, resource conflicts, effective communications, and stakeholder involvement, as appropriate
  • Manage day-to-day customer interactions, working with customer & vendor to understand their requirements, identify gaps, and resolve issues.
  • Provide thoughtful solutions and recommendations to help resolve new and existing customer pain points.
  • Ensure project deadlines and performance standards are met while communicating status; accordingly, respond to inquiries from management, end users and clients, and provide status updates on a frequent basis. Recommend course of action regarding project/program issues and concerns, implement mitigation plans, then escalate risks and issues as necessary
  • Work with financial stakeholders to support budget construction & approvals, as required, and to monitor expenditure to achieve financial objectives
  • Allocate resources in accordance with strategic priorities and as per project objectives. Request project team membership from other department, if required.
