Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Consultant, specializing in thermal power plants. The position is based in Angul and involves managing project schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The consultant will oversee client engagements, coordinate across teams, and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes. Other responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, stakeholder communication, and aligning project goals with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Management Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication and Consulting abilities for client and team interactions
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Experience in thermal power plant projects is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams effectively
