ZSs Program Management Expertise Center provides planning, delivery, and governance expertise to a wide range of clients and internal stakeholders. What you'll Do : Update project performance summaries (eg, financials, u tilization , SLA metrics) regularly ; Own PMO processes and tools (e. g, project charter, ticket management system, issue management, communication and reporting, knowledge management, etc) Prepare & Maintain Weekly Adhoc Tracking Reports ; Facilitate continuous improvements leveraging various internal assets in consensus with key stakeholders ; Maintain project documents repository and ensure timely updates and version control ; Coordinate with team members to track the adherence on project processes (eg, project status on ticket management system, etc) ; Follow-up with client s PMO team on any issues with the PMO tools/processes that are shared across ZS and client (eg, ticket management system, etc) and work with them on updating and sharing performance summaries with key stakeholders . What you'll Bring : Graduate/ post-graduate in any discipline with 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management experience ; Prior experience with program and PMO activity for large business transformations, or implementation of Digital strategy; experience managing large PMO vertical and client accounts ; Any Life Science, Healthcare, Pharma or Consulting experience is a nice to have ; Insurance or Finance industry experience also a plus ; Strong understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools & reporting ; Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies ; Strong knowledge of PMI and Agile project management standards and terminologies . Additional Skills: PMI/PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desired ; Ability to understand projects KPIs and SLAs ; Experience managing multiple projects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks
