Project Management Associate

As the Coordinator at Enki Studio, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams (design, video, strategy) and external clients. This involves ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining the quality of deliverables. You will be tasked with tracking projects from initiation to completion, creating timelines, setting reminders, and ensuring all team members comply with the set schedules. Additionally, you will be required to compose, proofread, and dispatch concise and articulate emails and updates. Your role will involve safeguarding creative teams against last-minute alterations, ambiguous feedback, and expanding project scopes. Setting up calls, recording meeting minutes, and diligently following up on action items are also integral parts of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be responsible for generating visually appealing and error-free PowerPoint presentations that captivate clients and function seamlessly during meetings. Utilizing spreadsheets to monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and pending tasks with a touch of creativity will be part of your daily tasks.
