Job Description

Design and develop electrical systems for mining machines operating at up to 1000VAC.
Oversee the creation of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings for control panels.
Provide technical guidance on motor control circuits for large high-voltage motors.
Supervise the design and assembly of complex control panels for mining equipment.
Ensure integration of PLCs, relays, contactors, and protective devices into advanced control systems.
Implement advanced grounding, insulation, and arc-flash protection measures for high-voltage systems.
Drive adherence to IEC, IEEE, and mining industry standards.
Prepare project documentation and participate in design reviews at various phases.
Coordinate with global R&D teams for projects and work independently.
Perform/check and approve design calculations as required.
Add value and suggest improvements as applicable.
Travel to Sweden for long-term support at onsite for a minimum of 1 to 2 years.
