Project Lead- Residential Projects

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk. This includes overseeing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases. You should have the ability to interpret and apply various documents related to real estate projects, such as agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients to determine project requirements, prepare scope of work, estimate costs, create work plans and schedules, ensure quality control, and identify and manage project risks. You will be responsible for selecting project resources, conducting bid analysis, and recommending resources to clients. Additionally, you will lead project teams, provide guidance, and ensure project goals are met. It will be your responsibility to establish communication plans, hold project meetings, and maintain project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements. You will track project progress, report on status and variances, and develop action plans to achieve project objectives, budget, and schedule. You should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in project management within the construction industry. Additionally, you must possess the ability to analyze and interpret business documents, write reports and manuals, respond to inquiries, and present information effectively to various audiences. Basic financial knowledge and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project databases. In this role, you will make decisions based on company procedures and policies to meet set deadlines. Errors in judgment may have a short-term impact on colleagues and supervisors.
