Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Assist the Facility Manager to review the maintenance / service practices of electrical & mechanical contractors to deliver quality work. Maintain the Logbooks, Checklist and PPM schedules for all electrical and mechanical installations. Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all engineering related matters. Responsible to handle the clients and customers on all facility related services. Preparing shift reports and compliance documentation. Raise the Indents for goods and equipments that are required for Building Maintenance. Prepare RGP/NRGP gate pass for electrical & mechanical machineries that are need to be repaired by vendor. Maintain the Service & AMC trackers for all Utilities. Electrical System Operating. D.O.L starter and STAR DELTA starter System. Earthling System , Cooling Tower, Water Pumps System. D.G Operating System. Lift Operating System Operation and maintenance of ACB,VCB, MCB, MCCB, ELCB, RCCB. Operation and maintenance of DG se 500KVA,1010KVA, 1250KVA, . Operation and maintenance of H.T and L.T panels up to 11kv. Operation and maintenance of all type DOL and STAR DELTA Starter. Operation and maintenance of Chillers, Cooling Tower & Water Pump & All Motor servicing. Looking after preventive and maintenance of all type of Break down systems . Operation and maintenance of Jockey, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Diesel Engine. Making DMR, MMR, AMC compliance tracker, Technical data report. Prepare Duty Rosters and Daily Shift reports. Preferred candidate profile : Freshers Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, engineering technology, business or related field with emphasis on facilities management
