Project Lead- .Net Core with Angular 14+

As an experienced and dynamic Project Lead / Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex .Net-based software development projects for our international clients. Your strong technical background in Microsoft technologies, excellent project management skills, and proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a global delivery model will be essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Planning & Execution** - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in coordination with clients and internal teams. - Manage the full project lifecycle using Agile or hybrid methodologies. - Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. - **Technical Leadership** - Guide and support the technical team on .NET architecture, design, and implementation. - Participate in high-level solutioning and technical discussions when necessary. - **Client Communication & Stakeholder Management** - Act as the primary point of contact for international clients. - Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships. - Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and escalation handling. - **Team Management** - Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and business analysts. - Conduct performance reviews, task planning, and resource allocation. - Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. - **Risk & Issue Management** - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Implement best practices and tools for project monitoring and control. - **Quality & Compliance** - Ensure that all deliverables meet customer expectations and internal standards. - Facilitate code reviews, testing cycles, and UAT. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in project leadership or management roles. - Proven experience managing complex .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) development projects and client-side frameworks like Angular 14 & above. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with global clients. - Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent. - Experience in working with distributed/offshore teams. - PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification (preferred). **About Radixweb:** Founded in 2000, Radixweb is a leading software development company serving over 2900 clients in 25 countries.
