Project Lead - Marketing Strategy (Domestic Business)

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the assigned therapy area to continuously improve existing marketing practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and therapy goals. You will also be responsible for extracting and analyzing actionable market, physician, and patient insights, developing attribute mapping, and informing targeted marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include building robust marketing and brand plans with a competitive edge, strengthening the therapy portfolio, establishing optimal product mix rationale, and driving tail-end brand optimization to maximize value across the portfolio. Additionally, you will support strategic and operational decisions through comprehensive market research, data gathering, interpretation, and trend analysis. Conducting competitive market intelligence to anticipate competitor moves and shape proactive strategies will also be part of your role. You will be expected to deliver flawless execution of marketing initiatives in line with defined KPIs, ensuring maximum market reach. It will be essential for you to proactively raise green/red flags on performance deviations and recommend timely corrective actions.
