Job Description

Job Description: - Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and determine optimal camera placement. - Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope of work. - Prepare project documentation including technical specifications, system diagrams, and installation plans. - Assemble and lead a project team consisting of technicians, installers, electricians, and subcontractors. - Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and address technical issues during installation. - Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and best practices on-site. - Oversee the installation of CCTV cameras and infrastructure according to project plans. - Conduct system testing and commissioning, including image quality checks, network connectivity, and recording functionality. - Troubleshoot any technical issues during installation and address concerns promptly. - Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns. - Maintain detailed project documentation including technical specifications, installation reports, and as-built drawings. - Strong understanding of CCTV technology, including camera types (analog, IP), network infrastructure, recording systems, and video analytics. - Proven experience managing complex projects with the ability to meet deadlines and budget constraints. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
