Graphic Designer

Job Description

Assist the team in the creation and production of designs for social media, case and proposal work. Develop captivating, comprehensive creative designs including social media posts, branding and logos, (interactive) presentations, storyboards, posters, corporate communications, web banners, prototypes and consumer mock-ups, marketing and event materials, etc. for high-profile clients, cases, proposals, workshops, and campaigns. Work collaboratively with the Design Lead, Project Manager and Creative Strategist on significant projects under the direction of Senior Designers. Support the team in blending creativity, design thinking, and innovation while transforming business terminology, procedures, and complex ideas into stunning visualisations and engaging visual tales. Technical Skills: Proven expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (most preferably Photoshop and Illustrator). Experience working in a collaborative design environment. Expertise in visual design, visual theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography, etc.). A keen sense of layout and design, together with a deep interest in contemporary design trends and new media (augmented/virtual reality, social media, etc.) A keen eye for layout design and an understanding of current trends in design. Strong understanding of digital and print-ready artwork preparation, bleeds, and related color and image operations. Soft Skills: Structured self-organized, teamwork, and communication skills. Proven ability to thrive in a highly innovative, fast-paced design environment. Eager to work in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment.
