Job Description

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will play a crucial role in executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner - Demonstrating proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects - Complying with all JLL policies and procedures, including ethics and code of conduct - Developing and executing project-specific and client-driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategies, and detailed assumptions - Establishing and maintaining project goals and success criteria that meet both JLL and client needs - Building and maintaining rapport with client representatives and ensuring that project scopes and deliverables are well understood - Coordinating due diligence efforts and maintaining necessary documentation - Developing detailed project budgets and managing vendor selection processes - Facilitating critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff and external stakeholders - Managing project performance against schedules and critical path items - Identifying, managing, and mitigating areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risks - Contributing to the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence within JLL Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: - 10+ years of practical experience in construction project management - Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, and construction preferred - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Highly organized with strong analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with executive-level clients - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling and Budget software, Clarizen, and SharePoint Core Competencies: - Demonstrating leadership potential, communication skills, and relationship management skills - Understanding and supporting JLL's project delivery process - Delivering continuous improvement in service quality and building trust and credibility As an Achiever in this role, you will be expected to act decisively, think big, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
