Description
As a Project Lead for Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within Global Business Services (GBS) at Bunge, your role will involve spearheading the creation and development of multiple CoEs from scratch. Your strategic mindset and operational acumen will be crucial in establishing efficient service delivery frameworks and driving transformational change across GBS. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing new CoEs within GBS. This includes defining the mission, vision, scope, and strategic objectives of each CoE, establishing governance structures, operating models, and service delivery frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize, design, and implement new CoEs within GBS. - Build high-performing teams for each CoE and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship. - Establish streamlined service delivery processes and develop SLAs, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms. - Lead initiatives for process optimization and automation using technologies like RPA and AI. - Evaluate and implement new technologies within CoEs to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align CoE services with business objectives and drive innovation. - Develop change management strategies and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. - Establish KPIs and metrics to track CoE performance and effectiveness. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within CoEs and manage budgets effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), and ITIL framework. - Experience with automation technologies such as RPA and AI. - Strong leadership, team motivation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of finance controls, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in finance systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.
