As a Project Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg at BIRLASOFT OFFICE in NOIDA, INDIA, your primary responsibility will be to lead technical development in ServiceNow based on customer requirements. Your key responsibilities include: - Understanding customer business needs and translating them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Designing solutions on ServiceNow according to customer needs - Providing scope, effort estimates, and suggesting development methodology for ServiceNow solutions - Creating user stories or work breakdown structures for the technical team - Working on ITSM, HRSD, and Portal development and design - Tracking work items and reporting progress to stakeholders - Handling escalations from the team and project stakeholders - Conducting requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementation - Designing Technical Design Documents and Training Documents - Conducting Technical Reviews and End User Trainings - Configuring IT Service Management components such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset, and User set up - Developing in ServiceNow using REST/SOAP Web services, JavaScript, etc. - Configuring CMDB, Asset Management, and Orchestrations for Software Distribution - Setting up ServiceNow IT Business Management components like Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance - Designing ServiceNow Reports and setting up Performance Analytics - Creating custom processes, 3rd party integrations, and custom applications - Demonstrating awareness of Best Practices in ServiceNow implementation - Leading and managing a global team - Project management and understanding contracts to lead project delivery - Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget - Problem solving and troubleshooting with mature judgment - Communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and customers - Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, cloning, and working with ServiceNow HI support team - Setting up ServiceNow integrations such as LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, etc. - Implementing Domain separation - Data segregation Certifications required: - ServiceNow Implementation Certified in ITSM, HRSD, CAD Please note that the above description is for the role of Project Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg at BIRLASOFT OFFICE in NOIDA, INDIA.,
