Project Intern

The Project Intern position is currently open and we are specifically looking for male candidates to join our team at Pimpri, Pune. If you are a recent graduate or a student pursuing a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, this opportunity is ideal for you. As a Project Intern, you will have a chance to immerse yourself in project coordination, site activities, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will be involved in supporting day-to-day project operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in coordinating project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager or assigned mentor, preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and basic presentations, attending project meetings, taking notes, and tracking assigned tasks or follow-ups. You will also be supporting communication and coordination between departments, vendors, and clients, as well as learning and utilizing ERP/Project Management tools. Additionally, you may be required to visit project sites to observe and support execution activities, document on-site observations, report issues or progress to supervisors, collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve basic issues, participate in training sessions, and apply learnings to real project tasks. To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with a strong interest in project management, construction, operations, or industrial coordination, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, and a willingness to travel to project sites when required is expected. We value individuals who are eager to learn, ask questions, and grow professionally. This internship opportunity offers a stipend of Rs 10,000/- and the contract length is for 3-6 months. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
