Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Incharge - Transmission Line located in Bhuj. The Project Incharge will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transmission line projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines, managing resources effectively, and resolving on-site challenges to maintain progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Management, including planning, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Technical knowledge of transmission line construction, operations, and safety standards
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for team coordination and on-site decision-making
• Proficiency in communication and reporting to liaise with stakeholders and prepare project documentation
• Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
• Educational background in Civil and Electrical
• Experience in power transmission projects
