Job Description

Job Title: Project Implementation - Executive

Assist in project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain project documentation and records accurately.
Coordinate with various teams to align project requirements and timelines.
Utilize basic AutoCAD skills to understand and review project drawings and layouts.
Provide daily operational support to the Project Manager.
Track project timelines and deliverables to meet targets.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Basic knowledge of Excel and project management software is a must.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Beginner-level proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title: Project Implementation

Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring activities for timely delivery.
Apply intermediate-level AutoCAD skills to interpret project drawings and suggest design improvements.
Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
Prepare regular project status reports for management.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement and improve PMO processes and standards.
Mentor junior team members and provide necessary training.

Skills & Qualifications:

Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD with hands-on experience.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
