Project Head – Edible Oil Refinery Commissioning

About The Role:

We are

senior contract-based position

Key Responsibility:

• Lead the complete

  commissioning and handover execution

  for the edible oil refinery project.
• Act as the

  single point of accountability

  for client/PMC interface and project coordination.
• Approve commissioning schedules, test plans, and documentation procedures.
• Supervise functional teams, including Technical, QA/QC, and Documentation departments.
• Monitor progress, review reports, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement corrective measures to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Oversee training, plant handover, and certification activities post-IPT.

Requirements:

• Education:

  B.Tech/M.tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

• Experience:

  Minimum 20

  + years

  in

  edible oil refinery projects

  , with at least

  5 years in project or commissioning management roles.

• Proven track record in EPC/PMC project execution and commissioning leadership.

• Strong understanding of refinery operations, utilities, and process integration.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• Prior Qatar/GCC project experience

  preferred.
