Job Description

Lead end-to-end project finance activities including financial modeling, feasibility analysis, funding structure design, and evaluation of project viability across various stages of the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with organizational investment objectives.
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate financing terms, coordinate due diligence, support debt/equity raising activities, and ensure timely financial closures of projects.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial risk assessment for projects, ensuring effective cost controls, compliance with covenants, and continuous monitoring of financial performance against approved plans.
Collaborate closely with legal, technical, operations, and commercial teams to structure project agreements, assess contractual risks, support regulatory compliance, and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
