Project Executive - Charging Infrastructure

Job Summary:

• Seeking a proactive EV Charging Operation Manager to lead the flawless operation of our electric vehicle charging network.
• Responsible for optimizing station performance, you'll oversee load upgrades, audits, maintenance, corrective actions and logistics planning.
• Your role involves swift complaint resolution, owner issue tracking, and collaborating on site selection.
• Conducting field visits and tracking key performance indicators will be vital. An engineering or operations background, coupled with EV industry familiarity, ensures your success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day on field charging infra operations and project execution.
• Coordinate electricity load upgrades for charging stations, green meter conversion etc to ensure optimal performance and prevent disruptions.
• Conduct regular audits of charging stations to verify proper functioning, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring timely service and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute logistics for deploying EV chargers to various locations, optimizing placement for maximum utilization.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Track and address owner issues and concerns related to the charging stations, taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Conduct field visits to assess station conditions, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee maintenance activities.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports of all maintenance activities (both preventive and corrective) for each charging station to the reporting manager, following the required format.
• Engaging and helping customers with the charging queries as and when required
• Maintain energy meter readings and relevant records, ensuring timely payments to station owners or refunds to customers.
• Monitoring and Handling of Charger Management System (CMS) and integration of new stations into CMS
• Cross-functional collaboration for reports and data collection; plant, finance, legal & tech etc.
• Conduct physical verification of assets associated with the stations.
