Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with vendors, dealers, and charge point operators to facilitate smooth operations. - Ensure proper integration with real estate partners and RWAs. - Work with internal teams to align projects with strategic business goals. 4. Home Charger Installation & Customer Support - Monitor installation activity for individual customers. - Ensure vendors adhere to SOPs and service-level agreements (SLAs). - Proactively address consumer complaints and technical concerns. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor daily site activities to ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved. Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including progress reports, attendance, and material usage. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates to the project manager, highlighting progress and potential risks or delays. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in EV charging station installation. Diploma (3-year) or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and electrical systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage on-site teams effectively. Should be open to travel.

Experience: 3 to 5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Design Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design and development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of civil infrastructure related to the installation of EV charging stations. Job Description: Lead the civil design process for EV charging stations, including layout planning, and infrastructure development. Prepare detailed engineering 2D drawings, 3D renders and specifications for the installation of charging stations. Attend meetings and provide updates on design progress and challenges. Ensure that designs meet all regulatory requirements, including environmental, zoning, and safety standards. Preferred candidate profile Skills required to perform the Job: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field. Experience with EV charging infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Proficiency in Civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, 3dsmax and Autodesk Infraworks ). Familiarity with the basic design of electrical utility connections and integration for charging stations. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with GIS (Geographical Information Systems) for site planning and analysis.
