Responsibilities – Lead project execution alongside top sales, design, and factory teams. Share your technical insights to innovate at the design stage. Create and own project timelines — ensuring smooth, on-time delivery. Drive cost optimization and project savings. Build, mentor, and empower high-performing project teams and contractors. Ensure 100% compliance with top industry standards (IMS, BE, Kaizen, Safety). Manage complete project lifecycle — from testing to billing to happy client handovers. Deliver outstanding after-sales service, making a mark in client satisfaction. Requirements – Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. 10–12 years of hands-on experience with Busduct Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (ITC). Strong command over AutoCAD and electrical technicalities. Proven leadership in managing teams under high-pressure projects.
