Project Engineer – Product Transfer

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of process improvements related to Supplier Initiated Change Request (SICR) procedures.
  
• Own, execute, and maintain electronic systems related to SICRs, including database alignment and OnePLM SICR Library.
  
• Review and challenge supplier SICR forms for completeness, accuracy, and required technical documentation.
  
• Lead and execute supplier-initiated change requests submitted by global suppliers.
  
• Conduct detailed review of all submitted SICRs and ensure all mandatory deliverables are provided by suppliers.
  
• Organize and coordinate SCRB meetings with key stakeholders for buy-in on the type of change.
  
• Review, approve, and coordinate corrections for documents submitted by suppliers.
  
• Execute ECR/ECNs and promotion requests in OnePLM for internal change approvals.
  
• Provide communication support to internal teams and external suppliers/sites/divisions regarding change management activities.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Engineering or Science.
  
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820 standards.
  
• MUST-HAVE experience:

  PPAP, SPC, APQP

  .
• Hands-on experience in supplier quality & global supplier management.
  
• Experience with MSA, SPC, PPAP documentation, review, and supplier approvals.
  
• Hands-on experience in validation activities:

  IQ, OQ, PQ

  .
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as welding, molding, machining, etc.
  
• Strong experience in PFMEA and Control Plan creation & review.
  
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as per business needs.
