Project Engineer

Job Description

Understand the Project inclding individal Equipment / Coordination with all concerned Department to drive the Project from Start to End / Coordination with Client Team with proper communication tools in consulatation with management / Visit to Site for Site meetings, Assitance during the installation and commissioning. Project Comprehension: Gaining a deep and thorough understanding of assigned projects, including the intricacies of individual equipment, system functionalities, and overall project objectives. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitating seamless coordination with all concerned internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics) to ensure all project activities are aligned and milestones are met. This includes proactive communication to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely progression. End-to-End Project Driving: Taking ownership to drive the project forward from its initiation to final closure, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and effectively. Client Team Coordination: Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the client team, utilizing proper communication tools (e.g., regular meetings, detailed reports, official correspondence) in close consultation with management. This includes addressing client queries, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Site Visits & Support: Conducting regular site visits for project meetings, progress reviews, and providing essential assistance during the installation and commissioning phases of the equipment/project. This hands-on involvement ensures successful deployment and operational readiness.
