Project Engineer - Interior Fitout

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution

• Supervise day-to-day site execution of

  interior fit-out and electrical works

  .
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate installation of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, panels, conduits, DBs, and wiring.

2. Site Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Manage manpower, contractors, and material availability on-site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and update progress to the Project Manager.

3. Planning & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Maintain records of material consumption and site deliveries.

4. Quality & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards across all interior and electrical activities.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance among all site personnel.

5. Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of

  interior construction

  , carpentry, civil finishing, false ceiling, flooring, and joinery.
• Good knowledge of

  electrical layouts, load calculations, BOQs, and electrical installation standards

  .
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (Architectural, MEP, Electrical).

6. Client & Vendor Management

• Act as a single point of contact for client queries at site.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and installation.
• Assist in material verification and billing support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years’ experience in interior fit-out and electrical projects.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel Pan India based on project requirements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
