JD FOR PROJECT/SITE ENGINEER – HVAC : 1. Thorough knowledge in Project Schedule, Project Execution, Cost controlling and Technical Submittal & Shop Drawings submission process. 2. Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collection support, and re-estimating costs of installation projects 3. High level commitment at jobsite to achieve the contract completion on time with quality workmanship without compromising Quality & Safety. 4. Maintaining the good relationships with sub-contractors, customer, identifying issues that may arise, take corrective action along on timely basis. 5. Knowledge of T&C and Handing over documents completion procedure.
